A television actor has informed the neighborhood’s family court docket that he pays maintenance to his estranged spouse and daughter with the cash he receives from the Congress’ proposed minimum profits assure scheme, Nyunt May Yojana (NYAY). On March 12, the circle of relatives courtroom had ordered Anand Sharma (38) to pay a meantime monthly upkeep quantity of Rs 4,500 to his spouse and their 12-year-old daughter, who’s been living one by one for a while now. A dispute between the couple is pending in the courtroom.
His petition, offered within the own family court, contended that he plays small roles in TV serials and earns Rs 000-Rs 6,000 in keeping with month. It stated that he also has to look after his parents. Sharma, who defined himself as a struggling TV actor, requested the court to dispose of the March 12 order until the formation of the Congress authorities (put up Lok Sabha polls) because his financial circumstances are such that he may not be able to make normal payments to his spouse.
He gave an assignment that once the formation of a Congress government, a quantity of Rs four 500, out of the Rs 6,000 given to him under NYAY, should at once be transferred to his spouse’s account. His attorney, Mohan Patidar, Saturday told PTI that the own family court has constant April 29 for his application.
Milords do not have common sense; they postponed the case rather than giving a mouthful to the senseless logic of the so-referred to as struggling actor. IN the NYAY scheme, the amount will be transferred to the lady (spouse/mom) of the circle of relatives, so his spouse/ daughter is separated & they’re eligible for NYAY but not him. This is certainly frustrating, what these political leaders consider us, the genuine TAXPAYERS, and the tax deposited by us…… Simply disheartening…
